Feuer Pro

  • The material's flame protection is built directly into its molecular structure (aramid fiber blend) and will not wash out or wear away over the suit's lifetime.

  • When exposed to intense heat or flash fire, the Meta-aramide fiber swells and carbonizes, forming a thick, stable, and inert protective char barrier that remains supple, providing the wearer crucial escape time.

  • The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and highly resistant to abrasion, tears, and chemicals, often lasting 3 to 5 times longer than non-inherently flame-resistant alternatives, contributing to cost-effectiveness.

  • The material is inherently flame-resistant and self-extinguishing, meaning it does not melt, drip, or sustain combustion when exposed to fire, resulting in minimal production of dense smoke or toxic byproducts, which is critical in enclosed firefighting environments.

The Meta-aramide material has a melting point of approximately 450°C, indicating its ability to withstand high temperatures.
