EV Blanket

This EV Blanket provides an advanced thermal barrier designed specifically to contain Lithium-Ion battery fires, suppressing flames and preventing lateral heat transfer to surrounding vehicles or structures.

The fabric is 100% inert and completely free from asbestos, glass wool, or any hazardous synthetic derivatives, ensuring safety for first responders and site operators.

Application: The blanket is engineered for rapid deployment in parking garages, charging stations, ferries, and automotive workshops. It is designed to isolate burning Electric Vehicles (EVs), Hybrids, and E-mobility devices by depriving the fire of oxygen and containing toxic smoke emissions.

Blankets: These blankets are built to withstand the intense, prolonged heat of a thermal runaway event. The material sustains continuous exposure to temperatures of 1200°C and beyond, with a peak melting point of 1500°C, ensuring the blanket does not melt or fail.

To ensure maximum integrity under extreme heat, the blankets are double-stitched using Para-Aramid Fire Resistant Threads. The blanket features reinforced heavy-duty loops for rapid, multi-person deployment, ensuring the vehicle is fully encapsulated in seconds.
