Carbon Blanket

Oxidized Carbon Fabric in nonwoven form results to high temperature, flame and high protection against Molten Metal, Welding Splatters, Arc Flash and Insulation Protection.

The fabric is completely free from any form of asbestos material and glass wool and any of its derivatives.

Application: The fabric is used for grinding sparks, Heavy Welding Protection from Sparks, Molten Metal Splatters and dense splatter protection for welding applications.

Blankets: The blanket is made of Oxidized Carbon Fabric to ensure high temperature resistance for continuous use in dense Welding and Welding Splatters. The material of the blanket is such that it sustains the temperature of 1200 degrees and more without burning as the melting point of this Fabric is 1500 degrees C.

The blankets have been folded and stitched on all the four corners by stitching with Para-Aramide Fire Resistant Threads and having high tensile strength. They have eyelets at all the 4 corners and are also stitched with high quality loops to hold the blankets.
