Ceramic Blanket

Ceramic Fabric when impregnated with Vermiculite dispersant, results in increased resistance to high temperature, flame and abrasion.

 

The fabric is completely free from any form of asbestos material and glass wool and any of its derivatives.

 

Application: The fabric is used for electrical insulations, grinding sparks, and dense splatter protection for welding applications.

Blankets: The blanket is made of Ceramic Textiles with high temperature specialized Vermiculite Coating on both sides of the fabric to ensure high temperature resistance along with excellent strength. The material of the blanket is such that it sustains at least 1260 degrees C without burning as the melting point of this fabric is 1760 degrees C.

The blankets have been bided with Fiberglass Tapes on all four corners by stitching with Kevlar Fire Resistant Threads and having high tensile strength. They have eyelets at all the 4 corners and are also stitched with high quality loops to hold the blankets.

The size of the blankets can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.
