Fiberglass Fabric when coated with High Temperature additives results in high temperature flammability and adds high abrasion resistance to the fabric.
The high temperature additive does not allow the fabric to swell, stretch or shrink chemically. The fabric is very soft and flexible by itself.
The fabric is completely free from any form of asbestos material and glass wool and any of its derivatives.
Application: The fabric is a general purpose fire blanket for use in home kitchens and small industrial fires.
Blankets: The blanket is made of Fiberglass Fabrics with High Temperature additive coating on both sides of the fabric to ensure high temperature resistance along with excellent strength. The material of the blanket is such that it sustains at least 500 degrees C without burning as the melting point of this fabric is 550 degrees C.
The blankets are folded at the corners and stitched with Kevlar Fire Resistant Threads for high strength. They have eyelets at all 4 corners and are also stitched with high quality loops to hold the blankets. The sides of the blankets are stitched by folding the edges to ensure the corners don't hurt the person carrying the blanket.
Available in:
0.4mm thickness
0.8mm thickness
The size of the blankets can be customized as per the customer’s requirements.
